Meet the Founder: LaNesha Robinson

With a heart for service and a mind for strategy, LaNesha Robinson founded L&A Consulting Services after years of managing financial operations and leading accounting teams across corporate and nonprofit sectors. She holds a B.A. in Economics and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.

LaNesha was also the Assistant Director of Operations & Financial Management at the University of Missouri Extension. She brings over a decade of experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, improving systems, and building teams that drive impact.

But more than titles, LaNesha brings authenticity, transparency, and real-life perspective to every client relationship—because she’s been there. As a single mother and a passionate community advocate, her goal is to equip others to win by using what she’s learned the hard way.
